4.1 — 55wmb accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 55wmb balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your designated payment provider.

Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. These processing timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
4.5 — All deposits and wagering at 55wmb must be funded from legitimate sources. Any funds deposited that are reasonably suspected to originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud will be reported to appropriate Philippine authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.
5.1 — 55wmb may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods.

5.4 — Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.
6.1 — All games offered on the 55wmb platform operate under the rules established by the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game information and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall prevail.

9.1 — 55wmb provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 55wmb expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
9.2 — In no event shall 55wmb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 55wmb account at the time the relevant claim arose.
9.3 — 55wmb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 55wmb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 — Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55wmb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
